Running Logs
I had a bunch of strawberries that were on their way out, so it was either freeze them for smoothies or make jam! This kind of jam (that lasts about 10 days in the fridge) is super simple. Just put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer them until it’s thick - this recipe makes one small jar. Stir occasionally - it should take about 45 minutes to get to jam consistency.

Please, next time you’ve finished your Gatorade bottle, toss it in the recycling bin
When you are asked “paper or plastic” at the grocery store, just choose paper. Better yet, try buying just one or two reusable grocery bags. They have many uses, and just replacing one plastic bag with a reusable one every time you go grocery shopping can save so much plastic from being wasted.
When you’re brushing your teeth, turn off the faucet.
Take a shower more often, take baths less.
Cut up your plastic drink holders before throwing them away/recycling them. It will save an animal from getting caught in them
There are so many little things you can do, that don’t take much time or effort.
